Shipping Costs:
Most of our items are electronically delivered directly to your computer, so there will be no shipping costs for digital goods.

Orders are shipped usually within 48 hours after payment is received. Most packages are shipped by UPS Ground rate to the continental United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped). There is a minimum shipping and handling fee per order of $7.95. This shipping cost also includes Insurance. Items may be shipped separately.
Sorry, we do not currently accept orders outside the continental United States.
Return Policy:
We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Returns of non-damaged goods are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Due to the digital nature of eBooks, we cannot accept them for return, and all eBook and audio sales are final.
For affiliate related purchases, any returns/cancellations will be processed through the specific affiliate product source.

We respect your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a personalized shopping experience.
What information do we collect?
When you register as a Customer, you submit your name, email address and country. This information allows us to fulfill your orders and to contact you if the need arises. All customer information stored on our servers about you can be accessed or modified by you at any time by logging into My Account with your email address and password.
We do not collect, nor do we accept, registration information for children under the age of 18.
You must be 18 years or older to register and/or purchase anything from the Now Age Books website.
Will you disclose this Information?
No! Never! Your private information is too precious to share with anyone. Information gathered on this site is NEVER made available to third party vendors and NEVER sold to mailing list distributors.
Email Notifications
When you register as a Customer, you will receive an automated email containing your Customer Log In details.
When you purchase goods from us, you will receive an automated receipt by email. We only email you in person if we need to clarify details about your order or if we are responding to your questions or queries.
Email Communications and Newsletters
We send out occasional email newsletters to our customers. Our newsletters contain information about new products, special promotions, product updates, discounts and unique offers.

As we use secure third party payment processors like PayPal to process credit card and debit card orders, we do not have any access to your credit card information at all.

Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your account in the amount of the charge.
Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at Now Age Books reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
All downloadable products are in the ZIP file format, and must be decompressed on a desktop computer using Mac/PC decompression tools. Once decompressed, eBooks are in PDF format, and audio tracks are in MP3 audio format. Readers and listening devices are the sole responsibility of the customer.
